What experience do I have?

I have over 30 years combined experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, administrator and business owner! I have worked with VP’s of Marketing, Directors of Sales and Marketing, agencies and small business owners.

My background includes companies large and small (such as Nokia, BT, Arjo Wiggins Fine Papers, Yell, Sony, Britax, Wella, and many other companies - including a percentage of my career spent as an office temp where you have to hit the ground running). I have even temped in Sydney (the agency gave me an office role just to stop me ringing them daily 😂)!

My experience of working in various industry sectors and departments prepared me perfectly for the varied life of a Virtual Assistant. And when you temp you have to get up to speed and fit in fast, and be extremely resourceful and adaptable.

My experience includes (but is not limited to) email and calendar management, monitoring and responding to social media comments, setting up and maintaining excels, customer and supplier liaison, travel arrangements, managing utilities, global and local meeting co-ordination (small and large), presentations, database management, events and exhibitions co-ordination, proofreading, project management, market research, training, customer service, and managing my own rental property!

Where am I based?

I am based in Fleet, Hampshire, but as I am virtual I can work with anyone. I am obviously happy to meet any local clients.
